Mackie Rondon

My Story : Growing up in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, my appreciation for and desire to protect our planet was intrinsically engrained.

My Mission: My goal has always been to be a company that will equally serve the people as well as our planet.  I also felt it was my duty to take a stance against the wasteful practices inherent in the fast fashion industry.

Why Shoemaking: I started offering these workshops to pass on footwear skills that I learned at the Fashion Institute of Technology, in New York City and after years of working in the Footwear Industry. I holds an Accessory Design degree, as well as, a BA in Production Management both from F.I.T.
