Our training programs allow candidates to develop interchangeable skills and to discover what they enjoy doing and are naturally gifted with.

Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
JOB DESCRIPTION
RS4F’s platform is seeking an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to be part of a dynamic and innovative team of professionals. You will be part of a garment, footwear and accessories Manufacturing team. Your role will include planning, supporting and sewing operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Able to effectively operate various industrial sewing machines (Single, Double or Multi-Needle, Serger, automatic bar tacker, overlock, etc.)
+ Demonstrated knowledge and skills to assemble pieces of garments by matching patterns and completing finished products (Zip ups, joggers, sweaters, hoodies, t-shirts) on a production basis.
+Hand stitching, Blind hem, baby hem, catch stitch, decorative stitch and embroidery techniques are needed.
+ Operate sewing machines to attach zippers, sew waistband and pockets into garments.
+ Knowledgeable in working with various fabric blends, knits and woven garment types.
+Good knowledge and understanding garment construction and different sewing practices.
+ Inspect garments to detect defects and to make necessary repairs as required.
Requirements:
+ Intermediate to high level of proven sewing experience working with various types of sewing machines and equipment in taking a garment from the pattern stage to a complete, first quality product.
+ Proven expertise in sewing knit garments (hoodies, joggers, sweaters, zips ups, sweatpants, t-shirts, shorts, etc.)
+ Good understanding of quality, attention to detail to create a top quality finished product.
+ Team player.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Display a can-do attitude and can be flexible in your role, knowing that the Client is always top priority.
+ Get excited about meeting goals and metrics, tracking and recording production and hourly ratios.
+ Able to work and communicate with peers to identify and communicate a process for garment creation and make suggestions and adjustments as needed.
+ Able to lift bolts of fabrics ( up to 50 lbs.) and move them as necessary for cutting, storage , etc.
Shoe Design Internship
Job Description
We are looking for someone with a high acumen for product design & marketing. The Intern will
work directly with the design team and director. This is a paid internship with a possibility for
full-time hire. We are looking for someone to start February 08, 2022.
Responsibilities:
+Assist in design concepts, sketching, and creation of technical packages/specifications
+ Researching new materials, stocktaking and maintaining a materials library
+ Social Media & Email Marketing, creation of marketing materials
+ Content Writing for Mackie Rondon Shoe’s Factory Blog
+ Working on various projects as needed by Head Designer
+ Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks
+ Facilitate meetings by handling prototypes, organizing materials, or presenting color
schemes.
From this internship, the intern will learn:
+ About materials and leathers
+ How shoe factory operates on a daily basis
+ How the design process works by actively participating in a team environment
Qualifications
+ Holder of a valid USA work authorization at the time of the internship
+ Detailed-oriented and a team player
+ Able to work in a fast paced environment & relentlessly resourceful
+ Strong working knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator and design tools
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
